Every day, EMS professionals are there for others during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. The Rural EMS Mental Health Summit is an opportunity to focus on something just as important, you and your team.
Join EMS colleagues from across Minnesota August 10–12 at Breezy Point Resort for this interactive, small-group summit designed to provide practical tools for managing stress, building resilience, strengthening workplace culture, and supporting long-term wellness in EMS. Attendance is limited to approximately 40 participants to encourage meaningful discussion, peer learning, and networking. Please register today if you can attend!
Presented by the Minnesota Ambulance Association in partnership with the Minnesota Department of Health and led by the WGH Group, this 1½-day summit will focus on:
- Mental health and wellness
- Burnout prevention and stress management
- Emotional resilience
- Leadership and workplace culture
- Trauma exposure and recovery
- Boundaries, self-care, and relationships

- Arrival and evening networking reception
Tuesday, August 11
- Full day of interactive programming and workshops
Wednesday, August 12
- Half-day of programming and action planning

- Supported Registration – $150
- Sustaining Registration – $450
Both registration options include:
- Two nights lodging at Breezy Point Resort
- Meals and refreshments
- Full summit programming and materials
- Networking reception and all summit activities
Thanks to grant funding from the Minnesota Department of Health, we're able to offer the reduced Supported Registration rate to make this opportunity accessible to EMS professionals across Minnesota.
If your ambulance service has training, education, or professional development funds available, we encourage you to choose the Sustaining Registration option when possible. Your support helps stretch limited grant funding and allows more EMS professionals and services to participate.
