- Nelson Schaeffer; Hennepin County Medical Center Ambulance; 14 January 1985; Cardiac Arrest.
- Carol Kay Wolf; Grenada First Responders; 13 November 1992; struck by car at crash scene.
- Mark W. Peters; Lake City Ambulance; 9 November 1995; Ambulance Crash.
- Brenda HagE; Pine County Ambulance; 14 January 1999; struck by car at crash scene.
- James K. (Jim) Blanchard; Hennepin County Medical Center EMS; 11 December 2002; Cardiac Arrest.
- Terry Pearson, Roseau Area Hospital Ambulance; 4 January 2005; Ambulance Crash
