  • Carol Kay Wolf; Grenada First Responders; 13 November 1992; struck by car at crash scene.
  • Mark W. Peters; Lake City Ambulance; 9 November 1995; Ambulance Crash.
  • Brenda HagE; Pine County Ambulance; 14 January 1999; struck by car at crash scene.
